For those buying tickets well in advance of the event you'll be purchasing under our "Early Bird" pricing. These prices are reduced, as early purchases help us organise the logistics of each attendee at the venue.
Purchasing tickets closer to the dates of the event will be under our regular pricing model, which are slightly higher prices than the "Early Bird" pricing. This additional cost is due to the extra expenses involved in adding attendees to the venue arrangements for CakeFest.
We encourage all those who consider attending to arrange and purchase your ticket(s) as soon as possible, and take full advantage of the reduced costs.
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Requests for refunds 2 months prior to the opening date of the event are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of $75 USD, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
During the 2 months leading up to the opening date of the event any tickets purchased are no longer eligible for refund. By this time we have entered into a contractual agreement with the conference center based on the attendees who have purchased tickets.
The schedule posted for the event will be adhered to as closely as possible. However, this may vary from time to time without notice via this website. All efforts will be made to keep attendees informed.
